All our parcels require a signature upon delivery. All our parcels are sent by Royal Mail. We'll email you a Royal Mail tracking number after your order is dispatched.
For international orders, after your parcel has left the UK you can usually track it through your country's main postal service.
All jewellery is gift boxed and marked WONDERHAUS.
Most of our packages have our logo on the outside. If you require the envelope to be blank, please contact us when you order.

We accept all major debit and credit cards including American Express. We accept international payments (although your bank may charge you a small currency fee). We also offer Paypal when you check out. Our site is fully secure. We use a leading card processing company and your card details are never visible to a human being.

Accidents happen! We make a small charge for any repairs, plus postage costs. Please contact Julia on email@example.com to find out if we can fix your item, then send it to the address below. Please include your name, address and phone number. Wrap your item carefully and securely in its box in a well-sealed, padded envelope. We recommend you use Recorded Delivery or another tracked
For all online orders: just send your item back, unworn, within 28 days and choose from a refund or an exchange.
There are some items you can't return:
• Earrings - for hygiene reasons we can't take these back.
• Personalised items are non returnable unless they are faulty.
For all other items, all we ask is that the item is unworn, in the same condition we sent it to you, in its original packaging (usually a jewellery box), wrapped carefully and securely in a well-sealed padded envelope. We recommend you use Recorded Delivery or another tracked service to return your item. Please send the item with your receipt and contact details to the address below.
What if it's faulty?
We make our jewellery by hand, and quality control every piece carefully. If a fault arises, we want to put it right. Simply send your item back within 28 days, and choose from a refund or an exchange.
If more than 28 days have passed, we will offer you a repair or, if we can't repair the item, a replacement. If we can't replace the item, we will offer you an exchange, credit note or refund. Please note that if you have had significant wear from the item, any refund after 28 days may be for less than the original price.
We will happily refund your postage costs (within reason!).
Wrap your item carefully and securely in its box in a well-sealed, padded envelope. Please use Recorded Delivery or any other tracked service, because we can't take responsibility if your parcel is lost in transit.
Send the item, your receipt and your full contact details to the address below.
If more than 6 months have passed, we will still do our best to put the fault right but you may need to pay for a Repair.
All of our prices are in UK pounds sterling. The currency conversion website www.xe.com is great for converting prices to your own currency.
We post worldwide, wherever you are. If you're outside the EU, you may be charged a customs fee, depending on your own country's laws.
